Product Description

Clarksdale is packed with blues clubs and juke joints but probably the most famous (and certainly the most popular with out-of-towners) is Morgan Freeman’s Ground Zero Blues Club. I’d love to say what a cool night we enjoyed there, and name-drop some obscure musician by the name of ‘Blind’, ‘Screamin’ or ‘Howlin’ Something who performed for us and a handful of other guests, but the night we went it was closed (hence the focus on the outside of the building).

Historical note: Elvis performed live in Clarksdale on three occasions, all of them in 1955 (the third time supported by Johnny Cash).
